We are now able to offer full piano restoration from our workshop in London, with the facilities and expertise to undertake major restoration projects.
Our restoration team brings together some of the very best technicians and cabinet finishers in the country. With decades of experience between them, the team has an exceptional depth of knowledge across every aspect of piano restoration, from complete action rebuilding and restringing to French polishing and polyester finishing.
Led by Doug Chapman, Head of Piano Technical Services at the Royal Academy of Music, our restoration service also draws on his extensive experience restoring and maintaining the Academy’s piano fleet, including Steinway and Yamaha instruments, to the highest professional standards.
