What recent attendees have said about our courses:
“The Grand Piano Servicing course was incredibly enlightening. He brought a wealth of knowledge and experience that enabled us to fully grasp the significance of each process and the role of a technician. He carefully catered to our needs and was very considerate and deliberate when explaining new concepts, and instilled a greater sense of confidence in us, as we continue working with grand pianos” - Aden Peets, piano tuner.
“Doug’s grand regulation course was excellent professional development for me as a piano technician, widening my skill set and giving me the confidence to work on mid range to high end grand pianos, making significant improvement to those instruments. I would recommend the course to piano technicians, students and piano professionals alike to both widen their knowledge and also to gain some insight into interacting with customers, putting them at ease in allowing someone to regulate their cherished instrument. It was an enjoyable two days. Doug delivers expert and detailed knowledge with humour and I am glad I invested in the course to expand the services I can offer my customers” - Chris Hacking, Fine Tune Piano.
